All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount.
International ShippingDelivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination).

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Customs & Import DutiesInternational orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Meera The Collection is not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Meera The Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Provide photos (if applicable) and your order number.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Meera The Collection, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. As a growing modest fashion brand, we currently offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:Items must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags must be attached.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns will receive store credit only.
Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital code.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Size changes
Color/style changes (subject to availability)
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead.
Non-Returnable Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Meera The Collection is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
