OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
We ship out most packages via USPS Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To ship on Monday your order must be placed by Saturday afternoon. To ship on Wednesday, your order must be placed by Monday afternoon.To ship on Friday, your order must be placed by Wednesday afternoon. We will not ship on weekends or holidays unless there is an expedited charge on your order.
Please bear in mind if you receive an email saying your order has shipped, your tracking number will be able to be checked as soon as USPS receives the package.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and let us know the situation. For clothing, it must UNWORN and in NEW condition. Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back and your replacement or refund will then be issued. For beauty or incense; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
